Visit the TSC online Transfer Portal to file your transfer, check transfer status and see the latest list of transferred teachers
Kindly check the status on the online transfer portal
Enter your TSC No, ID Number and Mobile number and click Login. A six digit authorization code will be sent through your mobile number. Enter the authorization code and click Login. HoI (Head of Institution) portal will display the incoming transfer requests.
Go to TSC website (www.tsc.go.ke) and click Online Services, select HRMIS and click on 'Teacher Transfer' button. transfer requests
Teacher's Consent for Transfer
While efforts shall be exhausted to secure the consent of a teacher to be transferred, there are certain conditions which can validly be considered as “in the exigency of the service” and transfers may be made even without the consent of the teacher.
Option 2 Transfer Request Approval via the HOI portal
